ENGINE TIMING BELTS
The timing belt is a vital element of your 4-stroke engine, used to synchronize the movement of
valves with the pistons. For 2-stroke HPDI engines the timing belt is used to drive the high pressure
fuel pump. The timing belt should be replaced every five years or every 1000 hours of operation
(1st maturity reached).
